Acceptance
EVEats is a product of RenewableBytes LLC. By using EVEats at eveats.net or app.eveats.net you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use EVEats. You are responsible for activity under your account.
User content
You retain ownership of notes you submit. You grant EVEats a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and moderate that content so we can operate the service. Notes are reviewed before publication and may be rejected. Do not post illegal, harassing, deceptive, or spam content, or anything that infringes others’ rights.
Charger data
Location, amenity, and charger information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify conditions yourself before relying on EVEats for travel decisions.
Ads and subscriptions
The web app may show ads to users who are not ad-free. The company homepage does not show ads. Paid ad-free subscriptions may be offered later; if they are, they will be auto-renewing where offered by the relevant store or Stripe, cancelable via that provider’s tools, and subject to that provider’s refund rules.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
EVEats is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVEats and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
